Before training with Amanda, I was never able to develop a habit of exercise. It was daunting. The gym was a place with machines I didn’t know how to use, weights I couldn’t lift, and people I didn’t know.

​

Working with Amanda completely transformed my outlook on personal fitness. She was able to develop a plan with a foundation of functional movements that met me at my current level of fitness but challenged me to grow. After only a few months, I was able to build muscle, lose fat, and develop a confident understanding in the movements and exercises I was doing.

​

Most importantly, I have come to truly enjoy working out, and look forward to my next time in the gym.

Amanda took the time to understand my fitness and nutritional challenges, listened to my struggles, acknowledged some physical limitations and prepared sessions according to my needs.

Amanda has opened my eyes to a wide variety of exercises that have made working out fun.  She put a different perspective on exercise and incorporated mind, body and soul with each session.  I have a new love for kettlebells, battle ropes and planks .

Working out at 6am in the isn't a chore, it's the best part of my day.  I look forward to reaching my goals with Amanda as she continues to push me in ways that make me want to be an all around better person...not just for myself...but for my 2 little girls

One of the best parts of working with Amanda is her  flexibility- she is always willing to work with my busy schedule and even more importantly with my training needs. 

 

If I’ve had a long week and feel like weight training is too much we do mobility work to help my body recover.  In fact, mobility and recovery work have been some of the most helpful things Amanda has taught me.
